We will begin with breathwork exercises to help you tap into your body’s innate ability to heal and explore what regulation feels like in your body. Breathwork facilitates the release of stored emotions and tensions & supports a nourishment of your nervous system alllowing you to access deeper layers of your consciousness and unlock your body’s natural capacity for healing.
Meditation
Following breathwork, we will engage in guided meditation to cultivate mindfulness and presence. This practice will help you become more attuned to your inner sensations, thoughts, and emotions, fostering a greater sense of self-awareness and inner peace.
Embodiment Techniques
Using a variety of embodiment techniques, we will explore the sensations and emotions that arise in your body. This may include gentle movement, mindful stretching, and other somatic practices designed to enhance your connection to your physical self and promote emotional release.
Nervous System Resolution
By focusing on nervous system regulation, we will work towards resolving trauma and restoring your body’s natural balance. This process helps expand your capacity to manage stress, process emotions, and maintain a state of calm and resilience.
Intuitive Exploration
Throughout our sessions, we will follow the wisdom of your body and our shared intuitions to guide the exploration. This personalized approach ensures that each session meets your unique needs and supports your journey toward healing and integration.
Intellectual Processing
We will incorporate moments of intellectual processing to help you understand and integrate your experiences on a cognitive level. This involves reflective dialogue and discussions to make sense of your emotional and somatic experiences, fostering deeper insights and connections.
Integration
We will conclude each session with integration practices to help you process and embody the experiences and insights gained. This may involve journaling, artistic expression, or reflective dialogue to anchor the learnings and support your ongoing growth.
