Private Sessions:
A private lesson is a great idea for a couple reasons. One, you want to see faster results and already have a clear idea of what your physical fitness goals are. Two, you're a bit intimidated by the group fitness scene and need some education to ease the mind. Some of the benefits you will receive from a private session are; Knowledge of the specific method, muscle to mind connection, and the awareness of breath to movement patterns. I offer a variety of private work. Mat Pilates, Lagree Fitness, Vinyasa Yoga, and Functional Fitness tailored to your specific requests.
