I am an energetic embodiment guide, artist & mentor for a few different types of humans on this planet;
1) Space Holders that desire to strengthen their capacity to hold profound space for their communities & clients, space holders that see guiding humans safely into their body-minds as an intricate art, space holders that desire to embody their authentic essence & use their expression to ignite healing on the planet

2) Women that desire to strengthen their capacity to be in their wholeness & heal their nervous system, Women that desire to embody their power & take action towards their big visions & Women who desire to begin healing generational trauma through the exploration & the integration of their somatic experience.

IN THIS 6 WEEK JOURNEY YOU WILL
Open your eyes to the depth in which you're ready to explore & the never ending, ever evolving wisdom within. Whether you are a space holder that desires to strengthen your capacity to hold more profound space or a human dying to be held in their wholeness this space is the 'remedy'.
WE WILL DROP IN TO TOGETHER 5 TIMES IN THE SPAN OF 6 WEEKS WITH THE INTENTION TO DIVE HEAD FIRST INTO THE BODY-MIND USING THE ELEMENTS THAT HAVE SUPPORTED ME IN DISCOVERING MY MEDICINE & BEGIN HEALING MY NERVOUS SYSTEM WHICH IN TURN ENHANCED ALL ASPECTS OF MY LIFE . THIS IS THE MEDICINE I’M HERE TO SHARE WITH THE WORLD RIGHT NOW & MOST IMPORTANTLY THE MEDICINE I’M ABLE TO USE DAILY TO MOVE AUTHENTICALLY THROUGH LIFE EMPOWERED & EMBODIED.

Our opening ceremony will be live on zoom DATE TO BE CONFIRMED & then moving forward I will be going live - once a week in a private Facebook group with transmissions that will support the somatic exploration of self.
